Associate – Level 1 – Full Time

Multiple responsibilities including tours, shipping and receiving, basic bookkeeping and paperwork, general cleaning and inventory management, and other duties, as required.

Job Summary
Associates must be able to handle multiple responsibilities throughout any given day, including providing facility tours and helping other areas of operations as needed. This position requires a high level of person-to-person engagement with a positive attitude and outlook, greeting and caring for our customers. This is a “front-facing” role for the business and will include multiple tasks when there are no customers, such as tracking orders, recording inventory, and supporting event planning, among others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
These include greeting and engaging with customers, transacting retail goods, giving tours and tastings, ensuring the distillery is tidy, organizing files, boxes, supplies, etc. This role will take on additional responsibilities as the business grows, so the candidate must be flexible and able to learn new tasks quickly.

Qualifications and Requirements
Preferred qualifications for this role include excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to be in the building promptly 9 am-5 pm Monday through Friday, the ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with calm and grace, and the ability to stand for extended periods of time during tours and production support.

Must be at least 21 years old and willing to follow safety and hygiene protocols as well as pass a background check.


Pay Rate:
$20–$30 per hour (based on experience)
